Sunderland college event
Yesterday we were invited to attend a Sunderland College Awareness day event at the Bede Campus site. The day consisted of an awareness event for road safety, awareness of careers in the motorcycle industry and motorcycle charity opportunities and included a collection for the Easter Egg run. Hundreds of students had the opportunity to see our work, and sit on our bike!

Blood bikes relay from Scotland to GOSH

A request was received on Wednesday for an urgent relay to take samples from Edinburgh to Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity on Thursday (today).

A very big thank you to ladies of the Marsden Rockettes WI for their generous donation of £133.17 following a talk give by our speaker team.
They were very enthusiastic, welcoming and we may also have some future volunteers from the group.

Our 12th Anniversary
Tonight at 7pm our charity will reach its 12th anniversary since our service first went ‘live’.
During that time we have helped at least 135,000 people’s healthcare journeys by providing a service to the NHS and Great North Air Ambulance Service.
We have only been able to do this thanks to the support we receive from our amazing team of volunteers, our service users, our donors and YOU the public. Thank you to each of our supporters!
