As last minute nerves are creeping in and excitement builds ahead of tomorrow’s Great North Run we want to say good luck and thank you to our team of runners taking part.
Every penny you have raised will truly make a difference and go directly into keeping our service on the road supporting the NHS.
The best advice we can give is enjoy every moment. It’s going to be tough but soak up the atmosphere and the crowds of supporters will help see you through those 13.1 miles.
One of our riders and bike will be up the front leading you all from the start line, in Newcastle, to the finish line, in South Shields. Our cheering team will be on your left near mile 10 outside of South Tyneside Hospital.
